Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our members. With Covid-19 providing a great challenge for outdoor classes, we have decided for the time being to move all classes online
These classes are coached in real time by our expert head trainer, who will watch and guide you through your workout using Zoom!
Simply set up your laptop / iPad, connect to the group, and you can be pushed through a workout just as thought the coach is standing right beside you! You can do your workout at home, in the park, with a friend, wherever you like really! Our coach will be at base camp, watching everyone at once on a large screen, providing real time feedback to you and everyone else in the group
Each day is a new workout, and we have multiple options per day depending on what your availability is.
Athlete focuses on higher reps, endurance, and testing your body in movements it may not have done before
Lean & Mean uses heavier weights (don’t worry if you dont’ have dumbbells or kettlebells at home, we’ll help you out!)
Speed is an outdoor HIIT sesh! Get your heart pumping down at the park, and let the coach keep you accountable
Abs & Butt is exactly what you think it is! A lower heart rate but tough workout focusing on the areas you want most!
